Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 22 May 2026
These Terms govern your use of MedTo. By creating an account or using MedTo, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use MedTo
You must be 18 or older (or have the legal capacity to enter a contract) to create an account. You may add profiles for family members for whom you are responsible.
2. What MedTo is — and what it is not
MedTo helps you organise health records, medicines, reminders, and connections to doctors and pharmacies.
MedTo is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Everything in the app — including medicine scanning, suggested substitutes, and reminders — is for organisational and informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to access data that is not yours, or interfere with its operation.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Doctors and pharmacies must be appropriately qualified and licensed, and may act only within the connections and consent explicitly granted to them.
5. Roles
MedTo supports patient, doctor, and pharmacy roles, each with different features and responsibilities. Actions that cross between people — for example, a doctor issuing a prescription to a patient — require an explicit connection and consent.
6. Use of data and research
You acknowledge and agree that your data may be used for research and population-health purposes to improve healthcare in India, as described in our Privacy Policy. This research uses aggregated, de-identified data, and your identity is protected by row-level security so that research insights cannot be traced back to you.
7. Availability
We work to keep MedTo available and reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedTo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of information in the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using MedTo and delete your account at any time from Account → Danger zone. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of MedTo after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Contact
